Lake Tahoe - has a lot to offer.
If you have been to Lake Tahoe then you know that every area (town) around the lake has a different feel and ambiance. Whether you like to lounge in the sun and play in the water or partake in the snowy mountain activities - Lake Tahoe has something for you.
I focus on the California side of the lake from the north shore (Kings Beach) down to the lower west shore (Rubicon/Gold Coast) as well as Alpine Meadows, Squaw and Truckee. I also work with a builder in South Lake Tahoe on his custom homes.
There are lodge style homes, cottage style homes and everything in between. If a condo is more your style we have those too. Fractional ownerships are available or gather a few friends and create your own.
As you know mortgage rates are at a historically low rate. As of 2/2/12 an average rate for a 30-year fixed is 3.87% or a 15-year fixed is 3.14%.
