I am a Buyer's Broker which means I work for you not the listing company and not the seller.
A listing agent is contractually bound (and has a fiduciary responsibility) to get the best price for the seller. If you do not have a Buyer's Agent specifically, by default the agent you are working with is legally working for the seller.
As a Buyer's Agent - my loyalty and responsibility is in the buyers best interest. Which also means there is a level of confidentiality that I can maintain that a listing agent/agent is required to reveal to the seller. I do not have the responsibility to disclose facts to the seller which would influence the buyer's ability to negotiate the best terms.
I do not list properties, therefore I am not obligated to show or sell any particular listings first. Instead all homes are shown without bias, this can include For Sale by Owner, New Build Contruction by Contractors and all the homes available on the Multiple Listing Service.
I only work with a select few clients at a time so I can give you and your new home my attention. You tell me what you are looking for and I will do the footwork to find it.
